Hemp protein bliss balls
Ingredients:
1 cup dates
4 tablespoons hemp protein powder
3 tablespoons chia seeds
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons acacia honey
Inspired by this recipe by the talented ladies from Femme Food
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until everything is well mixed.
- Scoop out the “dough” with a tablespoon and use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls.
- I rolled the bliss balls in finely chopped pistachios for some extra crunch and flavor, enjoy!
