These super simple bliss balls are one of my favorite go-to snacks, they are so quick and easy to make and you only need 4 ingredients, all of which are a staple in my kitchen, so I always have the ingredients to make these. I love to experiment with all kinds of superfoods and fancy ingredients, but sometimes I just want something nice and simple that I know will taste amazing and doesn’t take much time to make (plus these also save me some $$$, superfoods are expensive!!). However, if you are in the mood for some of those fancy smancy bliss balls instead, then I have plenty of those recipes as well, find my favorite ones right here! ;)

I know I have been slacking a little bit with the blog again, but our trip to LA are getting so close (we’re going on the 1st of october, so excited!!) and I still have insane amounts of work to do before we leave, so I haven’t had much time to blog. I still have to get about 20 recipes + some sponsored blogpost to get ready + I have so much stuff to get sorted with the webshop, so I am a little stressed out. Slicing off some of my finger last week (yep so gross) really set me back, but thankfully it is healing super fast and I am very slowly starting to catch up with work.

Oh and to all of you lovelies that have emailed me about guest blogging (thank you!), I’m so sorry that I haven’t replied to all of you yet, but I’m a little overwhelmed that so many of you are interested, so it will take me a little while to get through all of your emails.

Directions:

  1. Start by placing the almonds and oats in a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped.
  2. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until everything is well mixed and have turned into a sticky dough.
  3. Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls (I rolled mine in a little cacao powder as well), place the bliss balls in a container lined with baking paper and place it in the freezer for at least an hour so they can firm up.
  4. And you are done, enjoy!
