Copenhagen Food // The Organic Boho aka. Instagram paradise

Are you ready for the prettiest, most on-trend and Instagramable café I have been to in a long time? I just know that you guys will love this place, so I of course had to include it in my Copenhagen Food series ♥

Let me just start by saying that I do not choose where to eat based on whether it is Instagram friendly or not (apparently that’s a serious thing now), BUT when the food is amazing and happens to be beautiful and totally Instagramable as well, then you definitely won’t hear me complain about it ;)

I actually discovered The Organic Boho through Instagram because.. well yeah it is insanely photogenic and definitely seems to be a favorite among bloggers, but what really intrigued me was how they are so up-to-date on all the newest food trends. I love trying new things and there are always so many exciting things happening within the health food community, but Copenhagen is usually really lagging behind, so it is refreshing to find a place like The Organic Boho that can keep up with even the trendiest New York café! I mean just look at their Instagram feed, they have lattes in all colors of the rainbow and I love that they use blue spirulina for a serious color- and nutrition boost!

Anyways let’s get to the good stuff shall we? Which is the FOOD of course! I decided to be a bit boring and get two of my all-time favorites; an acai bowl and a matcha latte. I have tried these at so many places in Copenhagen and to be honest I have been pretty disappointed every time, they have been bland and not worth the money, but this time was different. The serving size of the acai bowl was a bit small and the big bowl made it a hassle to eat, but it was absolutely delicious and I loved the toppings.

The matcha latte was the best one I have tried here in Copenhagen, there was actually a lot of matcha in there (I am used to getting ones that are mostly just warm milk), it was slightly sweet (I hate when it tastes too “healthy” aka. like lawn, but also when they are super sweet and no longer healthy aka. Starbucks) and I love that they topped it with basil leaves – they were not just decorative as they added a subtle hint of basil flavor to the latte and it was SO yummy!

The Organic Boho is located at Prinsessegade 23, 1422 Christianshavn Copenhagen and you can find their menu right here! This post is not sponsored.
