White Christmas sangria
Evening babes, it is time for another of my Christmas recipes and this time it is getting a little boozy ;)
I am still learning to love red wine, so for this Christmas themed sangria I have gone with white wine instead + cointreau for a little added boost. I am planning on enjoying this with my girls before a night out, so some extra percentages is definitely a plus, but you can easily leave out the cointreau and maybe add a bit of apple cider or freshly squeezed orange juice instead.

Ingredients:
-Yields 1 large pitcher
1 bottle of white wine (I used a Chardonnay)
300 ml sparkling water
2-4 shots of cointreau
2 oranges
1 green apple
Seeds of 1/2 pomegranate
2 handfuls cranberries
1-2 sprigs of rosemary
1-2 tablespoons cane sugar – optional
Directions:
Start by washing and slicing the apple and oranges, add them to the pitchers along with the pomegranate seeds, cranberries, rosemary and cane sugar. Top it with the white wine, cointreau and sparkling water, stir gently and let the pitchers rest in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy ♥
Tip: I like to serve the sangria with some cute frosted sprigs of rosemary. To make them simply roll a couple of sprigs of wet rosemary in sugar, give them a little shake and they are good to go!
