Raspberry breakfast parfait
As you might have noticed I absolutely love making healthy versions of parfaits! They’re so tasty, surprisingly filling and the flavor combinations are pretty much endless. I love making them for breakfast when I have a little extra time in the morning, but also as a snack or as a healthy dessert. Skyr/greek yoghurt
Raspberry smoothie: blend frozen raspberries, banana, pure vanilla powder and skyr/greek yoghurt
Honey roasted muesli
Topped with blueberries and raspberries
