Messy raspberry parfait
Messy parfaits are one of my favorite things to have for breakfast, they’re so easy to make, super filling and even though this one almost tasted like dessert it’s actually all healthy.
Ingredients:
Raspberry smoothie: 1 cup frozen raspberries, 2 very ripe bananas, pure vanilla powder and a little water to blend.
Plain skyr/greek yoghurt
Banana slices
Honeay toasted muesli, dried white mulberries and freeze dried blackberries
