Colorful raspberry/goji berry breakfast parfait
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons goji berries – buy it right here!
1 tablespoon hemp seeds – buy it right here!
1 banana or 1 avocado
A splash of almond milk
Skyr/greek yoghurt
Granola – recipe here!
Fresh fruit
Directions:
Start by making the smoothie by adding the frozen raspberries, goji berries, hemp seeds, banana and almond milk to a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a large glass or jar and top it with skyr/greek yoghurt, granola and fresh fruit. Serve the parfait right away, enjoy!
