The ultimate brunch guide – including all my favorite recipes

Are you guys ready for the ultimate brunch guide? I have been wanting to put this post together for such a long time and now it is finally here! Brunch is one of my favorite weekend traditions and I try to make an over-the-top brunch at least twice a month – it is the ultimate everyday luxury ♥

In this post I am going to share not only my best brunch tips and tricks, but also all my favorite brunch recipes that you can mix and match to make your very own dream brunch.

Whenever I put together a brunch table I try to always have minimum 3 different dishes + fresh fruit on the side. It might sounds like a lot of work if you are only throwing a small brunch for 2 people, but it does not have to be. Many of the recipes I share below can be put together in just 10 minutes and a lot of them can even be prepared in advance as well (spreads, granola, chia pudding, baked goods etc).

I also like to make sure to include both something sweet and savory. I have a very sweet tooth myself and my breakfast/brunch recipes are mostly sweet, but it makes for a more well rounded brunch if you include a little of both. My favorite savory brunch dishes of course includes avocado – I am obsessed with simple avocado toast topped with pickled red onion or baked avocados with pesto and eggs, so delicious!

I like to mix it up and choose different dishes each time, but one thing that I always make sure to include are lots of colors in the form of fruit and even veggies. Presentation is key when it comes to brunch and I want it to be a feast for the eyes. It makes a huge difference if you add a pop of color with vibrant fruit and berries and you do not even need much to do so. A little goes a long way, especially when you slice the fruit and arrange it nicely, so no need to break the bank on large amounts of expensive produce. There is usually so much food on the table that everyone is going to be too full to finish the fruit anyways.

Now all there is left to do is to pick your favorite recipes below and put together your very own brunch table – enjoy! ♥
