Raspberry rainbow bowls
Hello lovelies! I want to wish you a (very) belated Merry Christmas and a happy new year! I am sorry about the lack of posts and updates, I have been spending time with my family and I decided to completely relax and pretty much not do anything but stuff my face with lots and lots of food and treats! Furthermore I have exams in January and since I have spent way too much time on the blog, freelance jobs and some very exciting upcoming business adventures I haven’t been studying enough during the year = YIKES! I need to study 24/7 for my exams or I will be in a lot of trouble! Haha why do this always happen? I will never learn.. Anyways, I just wanted to check in and let you all know why I sadly won’t be posting much the next couple of weeks, I have however just made a brand new recipe for you that you can expect here on the blog in the next few days, so I promise I won’t be completely MIA ;)
Raspberry rainbow bowls
Now, I always share lots of smoothie bowl pictures over on my instagram and I rarely share the recipe since I am super boring and tend to make the same ones most of the time, but since a lot of you have been asking I thought I would share my current favorite with you.
Simply blend 1.5 cup frozen raspberries, 1-2 bananas, 3 tablespoons goji berries, a little liquid stevia, 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla powder and rice, almond or oat milk to blend. The key is to only add just enough milk for it to blend smoothly, so you can eat it with a spoon. I love to add one or more superfood powders for an extra boost as well, my favorite ones to add are maca, baobab, acai, hemp protein, wheatgrass and spirulina (I use this brand – affiliate link). Enjoy! <3
[…] This is super flexible, depending on what kind of fruits, seeds, and other toppings you like, but the smoothie base is a simple blend of frozen raspberries, banana, goji berries, and a little almond milk. Get the recipe. […]
